点胶机（點膠機）问题：

1.   你们的点胶机怎么样？

答：我们柏锐从事点胶行业已有12年的历史，在点胶技术上已经十分成熟。我们的最新产品全自动视觉点胶机（全自動視覺點膠機），可以采用“视觉”功能，精准定位产品位置，在精度、效率上有极大的优势。

2.   普通点胶机跟视觉点胶机有什么区别吗？

答：普通点胶机的话，需要做模具去固定产品位置，视觉点胶机可以任意摆放产品，而且两者在精度上有很大的差距。如果你的产品点胶需要精度高的话，那还是推荐你选用视觉点胶机。

3.   单工位跟双工位的视觉点胶机又有什么区别？

答：单工位的话，就只有一个镜头，只能做完再重新放产品。双工位有两个镜头两个工作平台，可以左右不停的工作，效率是单工位的一倍！

点钻机（點鑽機）问题：

1.   我想在头饰品上点钻，你们可以做吗？

答：我们的点钻机可以点头饰，你的点钻面是平面还是弧面？翻沙件还是压铸件？

2.   你们可以点多小的钻？

答：我们的点钻针头的规格一般来说都比较小，在14G-35G之间。但是翻沙件的钻小于7号不能点，因为翻沙件不标准。压铸件5号以下不点，钻太小，效率慢。

3.   你这个点钻的头有多少支，效率如何？

答：我们柏锐点钻机的点胶枪是配备2支，点钻头按照实际需求可以配置在6-12支以内。

灌胶机（灌膠機）问题：

1.我使用的是AB胶，灌胶机有什么选择？

答：有很多种选择，你的胶水里是否有填充物，多久时间会初步固化？

2.灌胶机能有多精准？

答：一般来说可以精确到0.01克。但精度根据你的实际需求来调。你点一份产品需要多少胶水？平常你一天的产量是多少，胶水的比例是多少？

1.   一分钟的效率怎么样？胶水会有滴漏现象吗？

答：正常来说一分钟能点胶200次，但是要根据产品来进行具体的测试。胶水滴漏95%是因为针头口径太小所导致的。所以选择大口径的针头，或者锥形斜式针头可以避免这个问题。

1. How about your dispenser?
A: We have been engaged in the dispensing industry for 12 years and are very mature in dispensing technology. 2. What is the difference between a normal dispenser and a visual dispenser?

3. What is the difference between a single-station and a dual-station visual dispenser?
A: If there is a single station, there is only one lens, which can only be finished and then re-released. The double-station has two lenses and two working platforms, which can work around the clock, and the efficiency is double that of the single-station!
Point rig (point rig) problem:
1. I want to drill on the head ornaments. Can you do it?
A: Our point rig can nod the head, is your point drill surface flat or curved? Turning sand or die casting?
2. How many small drills can you order?
A: The specifications of our drill bits are generally small, between 14G and 35G. However, the drill of the sand-cutting piece is less than the number 7 and cannot be clicked because the sand-drawing piece is not standard. The die casting is not below the 5th, the drill is too small and the efficiency is slow.

Glue filling machine (filling machine) problem:
1. I am using AB glue. What is the choice of glue filling machine?
A: There are many options. Is there any filler in your glue? How long will it be initially cured?
2. How accurate is the glue filling machine?
A: Generally speaking, it can be accurate to 0.01 grams. But the accuracy is adjusted according to your actual needs. How much glue do you need to order a product? What is the daily output of your day, and what is the proportion of glue?
1. How is the efficiency of one minute? Does the glue leak?
A: Normally, you can dispense 200 times in one minute, but you should carry out specific tests according to the product. 95% of the glue droplet leakage is caused by the needle diameter being too small. So choose a large diameter needle, or a tapered oblique needle to avoid this problem.
