全自动视觉点胶机

首先要关闭点胶机，如果有冷却套，要将它卸下来。然后再将气压头、胶管撤下。胶管卸下来后，点胶阀接头底部必然有空腔，可以用旧胶管来填充空腔。这时要看看转接头有没有气泡，如果有气泡，则重新用新的胶管去填充。当气泡不存在了，就可以加入胶水并将气压头、冷却套重新按上，随后重启点胶机设备检测能否正常运作。

After the hose is removed, there must be a cavity at the bottom of the dispensing valve joint, and the old hose can be used to fill the cavity. At this time, look at the adapter for air bubbles. If there are air bubbles, refill with a new hose. When the bubble does not exist, you can add glue and press the air head and cooling jacket again, then restart the dispenser to check whether it works properly.

当点胶机在工作时，胶管材料却用完了，这样很容易让点胶阀产生空气。而且如果点胶机胶管内的胶体过了使用时间，那必须要将点胶阀跟点胶泵拆下来彻底清洗，然后在重新使用。
